After suffering an injury that left me bedridden all throughout my junior year of high school, esports was my only way out. I got a scholarship through Ohio Northern University to play Apex Legends after being denied by all 5 of my dream schools. That Apex team would go on to win 5th and 2nd at back to back nationwide collegiate championship LANs. I was very active in the Apex community and held practice scrims for a company called CGL where I both casted and produced the action. While at ONU, a new president came in and cut the esports budget by 75% and my team was gone overnight. Instead of that being the end, I thought I would use my voice and story to tell other’s stories. I expanded out into different game titles and have since covered 35+ different games and sports titles. Not only have I accrued 2500+ hours in the booth, I have also gotten to cover everything from the NCAA soccer championships in ’21 to the B1G Soccer Semifinals live from Chicago to the ’25 NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey Championship in Minneapolis to RLCS and even some in person esports events in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and more. Through all of this I have realized everyone has a story to tell, and I want to be the one to tell it.
